I booked my bus ticket on easybook.com the e-ticket landed in my email quicker than I expected. I always have that small moment of “wait, did I type my email right?” after paying for stuff online, but it came through fine, so that was a relief.
No printing needed either, which I liked because I definitely would’ve forgotten or had to hunt for a printer somewhere. Just showed the ticket on my phone on the day itself, everything was clear, and the whole trip started without any drama.

I booked a ticket on Easybook and the payment did eventually go through, but it seemed to take a bit longer than expected to show as confirmed. I was kind of worried for a few minutes and kept refreshing my email just to be sure. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do think the payment status could maybe be made a bit clearer.

I can usually book tickets on the website without much trouble, so in that sense it works fine. I just expected the app to be a bit quicker and easier to use. Sometimes it feels slow, and a few of the buttons aren’t as clear as they should be. I still get my tickets in the end, but the experience can be a little frustrating.

"Got there on time, but the ride could’ve been comfier"
I booked my bus through easybook.com, and overall the trip was alright. Nothing really went wrong, and we did arrive on time, which I appreciated. But the seat felt hard after a while, and there wasn’t much legroom, so it wasn’t the most relaxing ride. The aircon was also blasting the whole way, so I ended up feeling quite cold. It got me to where I needed to go, but I do wish the bus had been a bit more comfortable

easybook is fine for checking bus tickets, but when I tried to book the route I needed, there were barely any choices. A few operators I normally trust and use weren’t even listed, so I ended up checking other sites anyway. I just feel like if a platform is helping people make travel plans, it should give a fair and complete picture, not make it look like there are options when there really aren’t. It might be useful for popular routes, but for mine, it was limited and a bit frustrating.

I booked a bus from Singapore to KL on Easybook i was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward it was. The departure times and pickup point were clearly shown, which made things a lot less stressful since it was a cross-border trip.

I had a quick question about the passport details, so I reached out to support. I wasn’t expecting much, but they got back to me fast and explained everything in a simple way.

When I got to the counter, the ticket worked without any issues and there was no fuss at all. It ended up being smoother than I thought, and I’d definitely use it again for trips like this.
